In Primary 2 we have been busy planting our very own shamrock for St.Patrick's Day! The boys and girls learned that the shamrock is a special Irish symbol, and they were delighted to get their hands messy while planting the tiny seeds.
Everyone carefully filled their pots with soil, sprinkled in the seeds, and gave them a gentle drink of water. The children have been looking after their plants each day, making sure they get plenty of light to help them grow.
They have enjoyed watching their shamrock sprout and getting them ready to take home to celebrate St Patrick’s Day with something they nurtured themselves. 🌱💚
Well done, Primary 2!
