What an unbelievable day out for our pupils at today’s Flahavan’s Primary Schools’ Cross Country event in Banbridge! We had 16 children proudly representing our school, with two boys and two girls competing in the individual races, and a team of six boys and a team of six girls taking part in the team events.
Every single child gave their absolute best and showed brilliant determination, teamwork, and school spirit throughout the morning. We are so proud of every one of them, their effort, attitude and encouragement of one another were fantastic to see.
It’s amazing to see just how much each of the children has come on since the start of the year, and today’s performances were a real credit to all their hard work and training.
A special mention goes to Daniel, who ran an outstanding race and won his boys’ event - a fantastic achievement!
