Jigsaw farm will be visiting St Patrick’s Mullinahoe on Tuesday 3rd March 2026.
Primary 1 to Primary 4 will have an opportunity to visit and see the animals that morning.
There will be a variety of animals present on the day; Tortoises , Hedgehogs, Snakes, Tarantulas, Geckos, Bearded Dragon, Blue Tongue Lizard , Ducks , Chickens, Rabbits, Giant Snails, Millipedes, Frogs, Guinea Pigs, Alpacas, Pigs, Goats, Miniature Pony, Parrot. With Easter around the corner, there may be baby lambs, bunnies and chicks who often make an appearance.
There will also be hand wash facilities for the pupils before and after seeing the animals. Following DAERA guidance Jigsaw Farm has a valid Zoo Licence, and all staff are Access NI checked with complete safeguarding training.
The school are asking for £1 per pupil to help cover the costs of the visit.
