This week in a Primary 2 we have been revisiting 2D Shapes.
The children have been finding 2D shapes around the school using the class iPads to take photos. We have been using 2D shapes to make pictures, exploring the properties of 2D by making models and have been introduced to new 2D shapes this term; pentagon and hexagon.
The boys and girls have also been busy using our class EARLS to explore movements; forwards, backwards, left and right turn. The children have enjoyed coding to give the EARL simple directions and playing the BEE-BOT app on the IPads during play.
