Primary 2 had a wonderful morning at school when Jigsaw Farm came to visit! The children were full of excitement as they got the chance to meet, pet, and learn about a variety of friendly animals right in their own playground.
The boys and girls were delighted to get up close to animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs, goats, an alpaca, and even some more unusual visitors! Everyone showed great care and kindness while petting the animals, and the farm team were very impressed with how gentle and confident the children were.
Throughout the visit, the pupils learned lots of interesting facts about how to look after animals, what they like to eat, and the special features that make each one unique. The children asked brilliant questions and loved discovering new things about life on the farm.
It was a fun-filled, hands-on learning experience that brought smiles all round. A big thank you to Jigsaw Farm for giving Primary 2 such a memorable morning!
