Mindful Movement for Mental Health Week 🌟

As part of Children’s Mental Health Week 2026, we were delighted to welcome Ronan, the FitMinds Coach, to Mullinahoe.🎉

Ronan worked with every class, delivering energetic and engaging sessions that helped children explore movement, inclusion, emotions, and wellbeing. This links to our Take 5 targets of connecting, learning, being active, noticing and giving ❤️

We finished the day with a fantastic whole‑school dance session that had everyone moving together with smiles and great enthusiasm🕺🎉✨
