Our Take 5 Champions led a welcoming and engaging assembly to remind everyone in our school about the five Steps to Wellbeing. The champions shared important messages about how each step helps us look after our mental health and feel our best, both in school and at home.🏠🏫
By coming together as a whole school to listen, talk and learn from one another, this assembly also helped us fulfil the ‘Connect’ strand. It showed how sharing ideas, supporting each other and feeling part of a community helps us feel happy, valued and included. The Take 5 Champions did a fantastic job leading the assembly and helping everyone think about how we can connect with others every day.⭐
