As part of our Term 2 topic ‘Food and Shopping’, Primary 2&3 have begun by exploring the food group of Fruit and Vegetables. We have been busy finding out how and where different fruit and vegetables grow. This week the children had the opportunity to make fruit skewers and fruit salads. We have been talking about why this food group is so important and getting our 5-a-day! 🍏🥝🍐🍍🍇
