We attended the Eco-Schools ceremony in Pomeroy Forest to receive our very first eco flag. We are delighted to announce that not only did we receive the flag, but we also won two special awards. We would like to say a big thank you to ‘Live here, Love Here’ for organising the event and to the staff at Pomeroy Forest for providing such a beautiful venue for schools to access.
Cian Monaghan received the Eco Pupil of the Year award, and Saint Patrick's PS was named Eco School of the Year! We are so proud of Cian’s contribution and commitment to the Eco-Schools Programme in Saint Patrick’s.
This incredible milestone could not have been achieved without the amazing support of our Eco Committee, children, staff, Friends of Mullinahoe, sponsors, and the wider community.
