The children in Primary Three thoroughly enjoyed their first week working with the coach and showed great enthusiasm and engagement throughout the sessions.
The session linked well with the Take Five programme, particularly the focus on keeping active to support both physical health and emotional wellbeing.
Through regular exercise, the children are learning how movement can boost their energy, improve mood, and help them feel positive and ready to learn, reinforcing the importance of healthy habits from an early age.
We can’t wait for next week’s session!
