As part of our May/June topic, Celebrations, we held a cultural celebration day to acknowledge all the wonderful cultures within our communities. The children enjoyed their carousel activities where they engaged in colouring the Polish flag, watching a factual video about Lithuania, learning phrases and singing songs in Portuguese with Alex, creating Chinese dragons and learning some Indian dance moves. The children also had a little taste of India. A big thanks to Herolin’s mum for making us some delicious Indian delicacies.
