The children in Primary 2/3 have been extremely busy exploring growth as part of our WAU topic ‘Let’s Get Growing’. We have been learning all about lifecycles and they have had the opportunity in their classroom to watch a Caterpillar grow into a Butterfly. There was great excitement when we released the butterflies last week! 🐛🦋 The boys and girl planted sunflower 🌻 seeds and learnt how to care for them at home. They also have explored how we grow as humans and created human timelines. We spent time focusing on the stage of a baby and what a baby needs to grow.
The children have been so inquisitive asking excellent questions throughout the lessons. Well done Primary 2/3!
