We are delighted to share some exciting news with our school community! Thanks to the incredible generosity and ongoing support of our parent support group, Friends of Mullinahoe, we have been able to purchase two fantastic new numeracy programmes: Mathseeds and Mathletics.
These engaging, child-friendly platforms are already making a wonderful impact across our classrooms. Mathseeds, designed especially for our younger learners, builds early numeracy skills through fun, interactive lessons, colourful characters, and motivating rewards. Mathletics offers our older pupils a wide range of curriculum-aligned activities, problem-solving challenges, and competitive games that help build confidence and strengthen key mathematical concepts.
The children have taken to both programmes with great enthusiasm. Whether they are working on activities in class or practising at home, pupils are showing excellent focus, motivation, and excitement as they move through the levels. Teachers are already noticing improved engagement, stronger understanding of numeracy skills, and a real sense of pride from pupils as they track their progress.
