Reminder - P7 Cake and Bun Sale Primary 7 ‘Cake and Bun Sale’ on Friday 24th April 2026.   Open to all classes P1 to P7.  Child brings in money they will get the opportunity to pick a few things they like.   They can then have if for their break or if they bring in a box they can take it home.    Sale open to parents and grandparents and other family members in the morning, 8.45 to 9.20 am.Adults can then call into the school hall and buy a selection of sweet treats to take home with them.   [Open Image]

Moortown Centenary Cup Winners 🏆

Today, the boys took part in the Moortown Football Blitz, and we would like to sincerely thank St Peter’s Moortown for inviting us to their Boys’ Centenary Cup Competition.

It was a fantastic day of football, enjoyed in great sunshine and a wonderful atmosphere. The boys loved every minute of the experience.

They played against teams from:

  • Derrychrin PS
  • The Loup PS
  • Ballylifford PS
  • St Peter’s Moortown

Throughout the day, the boys showed some excellent skill, strong teamwork and great determination and sportsmanship. 

We are delighted to share that they won the tournament, beating a very strong Moortown team in the final. This makes it back‑to‑back victories, following on from last year’s success – a fantastic achievement!

A special thank you to Master Quinn for organising such a well‑run and enjoyable day.

The boys should be extremely proud of both their performances and their behaviour. Once again, like the girls earlier in the week, they represented the school superbly.
