Wooden toys, tin toys, paper toys...all toys from long ago that have lasted the years.
Today Primary 2 welcomed Mrs Lavery a Victorian toy tester from a famous Toy Emporium as she brought to life the toys of the past. The boys and girls enjoyed playing with tops, marbles, cards, yo-yos and many more old time toys, followed by some outdoor toys and games!
When we went back to class we spent some time with our partners exploring and sorting old and new toys and creating toy timelines.
A lot of learning but a lot of fun too! Well done boys and girls.
