St Patrick's Primary School, Ardboe, Dungannon
Easter Egg Design & Rolling Competition 🐣 Please boil an egg at home and decorate it with your own design. It can be any theme — not just Easter. You might choose sports, family, television, books, or anything else you enjoy. You can use paints or markers to decorate your egg. Remember to add your name (or initials) and your class so the eggs don’t get mixed up. Bring your decorated egg into school on Tuesday 31st of March. Please wrap your egg carefully when bringing it into school and class teachers will safely store all the eggs until Wednesday 1st of April. On Wednesday 1st of April, we will help judge the winners in each class and also see which eggs roll best! Of course there will be other fun Easter activities along the way, maybe even a little Easter treat! [Open Image]

Opening School Mass 2025-26

23rd Sep 2025

Our beginning of a new school year Mass was a truly beautiful and uplifting celebration, filled with joy, gratitude, and a wonderful sense of community.

Each class brought forward a special symbol that reflected their unique journey:

P1’s class photograph captured the excitement of new beginnings.

P2’s handmade toys celebrated creativity and play.

P3’s sunflower paintings reminded us of growth and hope.

P4 presented symbols of Penance and First Holy Communion, marking important steps in their faith.

P5’s World Around Us books highlighted their curiosity about the world.

P6’s Grow in Love Religion Programme represented their spiritual learning.

P7’s school jumper was a symbol of unity, and the football reminded us of teamwork and shared achievements.

We are deeply grateful to all the parents, grandparents, family, and friends who joined us, making the occasion even more special.

A heartfelt thank you to Fr. Tremer, as always, for leading us in such a meaningful and beautiful service.

Together, we pray, we play, we learn, and we grow.
