Saint Vincent De Paul Christmas Presentation Assembly
End of Term One Assembly
Today, we held our final assembly of Term One, and it was wonderful to see all of the children together in school. Mr Campbell was delighted to share that he had been speaking to Santa—who gave a glowing report about all the boys and girls in Saint Patrick’s.
Teachers then presented certificates to our weekly award winners, celebrating the children’s hard work and sharing the reasons they were chosen for their special recognition.
We were also delighted to welcome Mrs Una Coleman from Saint Vincent de Paul, who explained the vital work the charity carries out to support families in our local community. Our pupils proudly presented a cheque for £370.00, an incredible total raised during our Santa Run on Thursday. Thank you to all parents and families for your generous donations—your kindness will make a real difference to those in need this Christmas.
At the end of each month, we hold a special raffle for a PizzaRack Voucher. Children earn raffle tickets through excellent work in class, and these are entered into the monthly draw. We are very pleased to announce that Amelia from Primary Three is the December winner—well done, Amelia!
As we finish for the Christmas break, the staff of Saint Patrick's would like to wish all our children and their families a very happy, peaceful, and holy Christmas.
