Last week , our Primary 6 and Primary 7 pupils were delighted to welcome Frank Diamond, better known as Frankie D, from ALPS Mental Health to our school.
Frank delivered an engaging and uplifting session that encouraged pupils to think positively, build resilience and have confidence in who they are. His energy, enthusiasm and ability to connect with the children ensured that everyone was fully involved throughout.
Through a range of activities and discussions, pupils explored the importance of overcoming challenges, recognising their strengths and developing a positive mindset. The session was both enjoyable and thought-provoking, with many valuable messages that the children can take forward into their everyday lives.
We would like to thank Frank for spending time with our pupils and for sharing such positive and inspiring messages. It was a fantastic experience that was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
