St Patrick's Primary School, Ardboe, Dungannon
Easter Egg Design & Rolling Competition 🐣 Please boil an egg at home and decorate it with your own design. It can be any theme — not just Easter. You might choose sports, family, television, books, or anything else you enjoy. You can use paints or markers to decorate your egg. Remember to add your name (or initials) and your class so the eggs don’t get mixed up. Bring your decorated egg into school on Tuesday 31st of March. Please wrap your egg carefully when bringing it into school and class teachers will safely store all the eggs until Wednesday 1st of April. On Wednesday 1st of April, we will help judge the winners in each class and also see which eggs roll best! Of course there will be other fun Easter activities along the way, maybe even a little Easter treat! [Open Image]

Pupil Council

10th Oct 2024

The Pupil Council is a group of pupils, elected by their peers, from the P4 - P7 classes. They meet regularly to discuss how they can help to make St Patrick's Primary School a great place for everyone. The pupils learn how to listen well and discuss ideas from each of their classes. They might become a chairperson or secretary and they will all work as a team.

We are delighted to have formed our School Council for 2024-25. Each of the classes from P4 - P7 are represented. It was great that they were able meet this week for the first time and everyone got to introduce themselves.

At the meeting the pupils talked about Maths Week Ireland, our Kindness Week and the Carol Service. In our next meeting we will look  to develop these ideas and hear some new ideas from each of the classes represented.

Hopefully the School Council will contribute to making St Patrick's Primary School the brilliant school we all want it to be!
