Learning to Relax in P4 😊

Week 1 of the ‘Relax Kids’ Programme was amazing.  The children learned a little about how their Brilliant Brains work and how we need to Move, Play, Stretch, Feel, Breathe, Believe and Relax in order to learn and reach our potential.....
