RESPECT As we begin our school year, it is important that we set out our standards for respect from the beginning. Simple things like a smile, good eye contact or a “hello” can make a huge difference when forming relationships with new friends and helping others. Small gestures towards others show that you value them and will help to build respect. In the month of September we will be focusing on the Christian value - RESPECT. This is also one of our Key School values. As a whole school community, we will be discussing what RESPECT means and what it should look like within each classroom. We will be looking at: How we show respect for each other and adults in the school community. How children are encouraged to value and respect their own and other people’s belongings. How children are encouraged to show tolerance by accepting feelings, habits or beliefs, racial or ethnic origins that are different from their own. What patience, kindness and good manners should look like in our classroom.   [Open Document] | β˜• Coffee Morning β˜• - Friends Of Mullinahoe - Coffee Morning on Sunday 28th of September from 12.00 - 2.00 pm in the Ardboe Community Centre. Relax Kids 😊

16th May 2025
This morning was our final session of Relax Kids with Paula. Paula spoke to the boys and girls about the importance of sleep and how we need it to help our bodies grow and to recharge our little batteries. She also told us that we shouldn’t have any screen time for at least two hours before going to bed as this really upsets our Mr Meerkat from trying to calm and settle down for bed. Paula read a lovely story, “why I love bedtime” and everyone got a chance to say what they love about their bedtime while holding the listening cushion. πŸ’€πŸ§ΈπŸ›οΈ
