Relax Kids 😊

This morning was our final session of Relax Kids with Paula. Paula spoke to the boys and girls about the importance of sleep and how we need it to help our bodies grow and to recharge our little batteries. She also told us that we shouldn’t have any screen time for at least two hours before going to bed as this really upsets our Mr Meerkat from trying to calm and settle down for bed. Paula read a lovely story, “why I love bedtime” and everyone got a chance to say what they love about their bedtime while holding the listening cushion. 💤🧸🛏️
