This morning the boys and girls had their first session of ‘Relax Kids’ with Paula. Paula introduced us to Mr Meerkat, Mr Elephant, Mr Wise Old Owl and Mr Octopus and explained how different parts of our brains control our feelings and emotions. She gave us different strategies to help us learn how to understand and control our emotions and feelings and today we focused on using our breathing as a way to help us. We are really looking forward to our next 4 sessions. We loved it, thank you Paula!
