Today, our staff and children thoroughly enjoyed taking part in Cut Your Carbon Day! Each class contributed by saving energy—switching off a set of lights 💡 and avoiding the use of electronic devices throughout the day.

Due to the restrictions on electronic devices, our Eco Team couldn’t capture photos of this fantastic carbon-reducing initiative. However, the day proved to be incredibly worthwhile and highlighted just how much we rely on technology. For some, it was a real challenge, but the Eco Team worked hard to ensure the event was a huge success. To keep everyone focused, a 50p fine was introduced for anyone caught holding an electronic device!

Thanks to staff donations and fines collected, the Eco Committee raised an impressive £13.00, which will be used to purchase an indoor plant for our Entrance Hall. 🪴 

We would like to thank everyone for their enthusiasm and support in making this day such a success.
