Thankfully the weather held up for our St Patrick’s Sports Day today. The children had a great, fun filled, and very active day with their classmates going round all the different stations and inflatables. After a short walk up the classes were straight into action. Our P7’s did a brilliant job on the day helping the classes at each station, demonstrating the activity and making sure all went smoothly during the transitions.
A special thanks must go to Mrs Brown and Mr Quinlivan for all their hard work organising the day and setting up the stations and resources with the help of DD Mulgrew and Active Kids.
Thanks also to Ardboe GAC for the use of Michael Coney Park for Sports Day today. The club have always had strong links with the school and it is great to see this continuing. Their help and support is greatly appreciated.
I am sure after such a busy day all the children will sleep well tonight. 😴 💤
