Swimming Gold 🏆🥇🏊🏼♂️
Swim Ulster Primary Schools Cup & Championships 2025 at the Aurora Aquatic & Leisure Complex, Bangor.
We are delighted to celebrate the exceptional achievement of our P4 pupil Kacper at the Swim Ulster Primary Schools Cup & Championships held on 29 November 2025.
Competing against a large and highly talented field of swimmers, Kacper represented our school with tremendous pride and determination. In the breaststroke event, he secured a very impressive 10th place in his age category with a strong time of 1:09.48.
In his second event, the butterfly – widely regarded as the most demanding stroke – Kacper delivered a truly remarkable performance where he touched first to claim 1st place in the 10-year-old boys’ category and win the GOLD medal.🥇
The whole school shares the joy and pride as he must have felt as he stood on the winners podium to receive his gold medal. His success is a testament to his dedication in training and the wonderful support he receives from his family – including two very proud sisters, Julia and Maja.
Kacper’s gold-medal performance has earned him selection to represent our school at the prestigious Irish Minor Schools Championships in Dublin on 29 March 2026. Everyone in St Patrick’s Mullinahoe, especially the P5 year group and Miss Lyons class wishes him continued success as he prepares for this exciting national event next year.
Well done, Kacper – you have made us all extremely proud! 😊
