As part of our Take 5 week, today pupils explored the theme of ‘Keep Learning’ through a whole-school teacher swap focused on mindfulness.🧘

Each class engaged in meaningful activities that promoted relaxation, emotional awareness and positive thinking.🌈💭

The experience supported our commitment to nurturing wellbeing and helping children develop lifelong skills for managing their thoughts and feelings.❤️
