As part of our new topic ‘Under the Stars and Over the Moon’, the boys and girls in P4 looked at the famous Van Gogh painting, The Starry Night. We found out some interesting facts about this well known artist and also listened to the Don McLean song ‘Starry, Starry Night’ which was written about this famous artist and his paintings.
The children then used oil pastels to recreate their own masterpieces of The Starry Night painting.
