Primary 4 have been busy creating their own versions of Vincent van Gogh’s Almond Blossom.🖌️🖼️
The children began by drawing the branches, then painted the background using watercolours to make a soft, spring‑like sky. They used oil pastels to go back over the branches, making them bold and strong, just like in the original painting. 🎨
To finish, the children added small pieces of tissue paper to create the blossom flowers, giving their artwork a lovely bumpy texture.🌸
Everyone took great care with their work and the finished pieces show lots of creativity, effort and pride.🌟
