A huge congratulations to all our Accelerated Reader Target Winners for Term 2. Your hard work and dedication to reading is truly inspiring!
Accelerated Reader is a fantastic programme that helps children develop a genuine love of reading. It allows pupils to choose books at their own level and interest, while short quizzes provide instant feedback on comprehension. Regular use builds reading fluency, deepens understanding, improves vocabulary, and boosts overall confidence in literacy. Many children using the programme show measurable growth in reading achievement and are more likely to meet or exceed their reading goals.
This School Year our children this year have successfully passed 6,000 Quizzes and read over 18,500,000 words.

We are equally proud of all our Mathletics and MathsSeed winners. Seeing the children progress steadily through their certificates is wonderful!
Mathletics (and MathsSeed for our younger learners) makes maths engaging and rewarding. These programmes offer personalised activities that match each child’s ability, provide immediate feedback, and help build strong foundational skills, fluency, problem-solving abilities and confidence. With fun elements and the chance to earn rewards, they motivate children to practise regularly — often leading to noticeable improvements in maths results with just a short time invested each week.
So far our children received 208 Certificates in Mathletics, 79 Certificates in MathSeeds and have completed over 200 lessons.
A big thank you to all the parents at home who support these initiatives and encourage your child to take part. Your involvement really does make a significant difference to their progress and enjoyment of learning.
