What a Fantastic Day at Our Friends of Mullinahoe Fun Day! 🎉
On Friday, our amazing parent support group, Friends of Mullinahoe, hosted their much-anticipated Ping Pong Ball Run Fun Day – and what an incredible day it was!
The school grounds were buzzing with excitement as children enjoyed a fantastic range of activities, including face painting, a penalty shoot-out, a coffee cart, and of course, the ever-popular Soak the Teacher! Judging by the smiles (and the amount of water!), we may need to rethink who really enjoyed that event the most! Thankfully, the teachers were great sports and took it all in good humour.
The highlight of the afternoon was the thrilling Ping Pong Ball Run, with hundreds of balls racing to the finish line. Congratulations to all of our lucky winners!
A huge thank you goes to everyone who helped organise the event, volunteered their time, donated prizes, and sponsored the day. Events like this simply wouldn’t be possible without the incredible support of our school community.
Special thanks must also go to Conall from Quinn Building Supplies, who put in a tremendous effort setting up the ball run. Your help and generosity were greatly appreciated and played a huge part in making the event such a success.
Finally, we want to say a heartfelt thank you to our wonderful Friends of Mullinahoe. Throughout the year they work tirelessly behind the scenes, organising fundraising events, supporting school initiatives, and providing resources and opportunities that greatly enhance the experiences of all our children. Their commitment, enthusiasm and generosity make a real difference to school life, and we are incredibly fortunate to have such a dedicated group of parents supporting our school.
Thank you once again to everyone who played a part in making the day so special. It was a fantastic community event, filled with fun, laughter and lasting memories for our children.
