RESPECT As we begin our school year, it is important that we set out our standards for respect from the beginning. Simple things like a smile, good eye contact or a “hello” can make a huge difference when forming relationships with new friends and helping others. Small gestures towards others show that you value them and will help to build respect. In the month of September we will be focusing on the Christian value - RESPECT. This is also one of our Key School values. As a whole school community, we will be discussing what RESPECT means and what it should look like within each classroom. We will be looking at: How we show respect for each other and adults in the school community. How children are encouraged to value and respect their own and other people’s belongings. How children are encouraged to show tolerance by accepting feelings, habits or beliefs, racial or ethnic origins that are different from their own. What patience, kindness and good manners should look like in our classroom.   [Open Document] | ☕ Coffee Morning ☕ - Friends Of Mullinahoe - Coffee Morning on Sunday 28th of September from 12.00 - 2.00 pm in the Ardboe Community Centre. We Gather Together for Our New School Year.

27th Sep 2022

Today the children gathered together to  celebrate the beginning of a new school year with an opening mass.

The children were given the opportunity to lead the singing, readings, prayers and offertory.  We are fortunate that the close proximity of the church to school enhances our link with the church and with our parish. The church is a special place for us to pray with our friends and family.

We pray that God will bless all the children and staff of Saint Patrick’s P.S during this school year.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Fr Tremer for celebrating our mass today and for his beautiful sermon to the children. We pray that God will bless him with lots of happy times in Ardboe.

Together We Pray, We Play, We Learn, We Grow.
