This January, Primary 4 have been enjoying learning about haiku poetry. ✏️
They learned that a haiku is a short poem with three lines, using five syllables in the first and third lines and seven syllables in the middle. 📝
The children then wrote their own haikus all about winter. They had great fun sharing their ideas, and their poems are full of imagination and effort. ☺️🏂☃️
